Carnaval with KORBEL

A wildly colorful celebration of Latin American life and culture, Carnaval only has one rule — and that’s to have fun! And with pulsing music, whimsical dancing, and flavorful cuisine, Carnaval makes it pretty hard not to. Even if you can’t make it to the festivities, you can still join in on the fun by throwing your own Carnaval celebration this spring — complete with tasty KORBEL cocktails, of course!

KORBEL Sweet Heat

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup KORBEL Sweet Rosé
  • 5 strawberries
  • 3 jalapeño coins
  • 1 1/2 oz strawberry puree
  • 1 oz simple syrup

Instructions:

  • Muddle 3 jalapeño coins with 2 cut strawberries.
  • Add champagne and stir.
  • Strain the liquid, then add simple syrup, strawberry puree and 2-3 additional strawberries.
  • Using a blender, combine all ingredients with ice. Serve & enjoy.

KORBEL Citrus Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup KORBEL Sweet Cuvée
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup lemonade
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 oz simple syrup

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients with ice. Serve & celebrate.

KORBEL Tropical Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup KORBEL Sweet Cuvée
  • 1/2 cup sliced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup mango
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate
  • 1 oz simple syrup

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients with ice. Serve & enjoy.
