Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Sangria Slushies

Throughout September, we are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month and with that - sangria. Sangria is a joyful blending of flavors and colors. Although sangria is originally from Spain, it’s now enjoyed all over the world – especially in Hispanic cultures. The flavors of sangria are unique to different regions, but no matter where you are, sangria always brings people together to raise a glass in celebration.

This month, we will be sharing three different twists on this fruity, refreshing drink. Up first, the “Tropical Sangria,” a sweet and lush slushie cocktail inspired by the flavors of the Caribbean.

KORBEL Tropical Sangria

  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) KORBEL Sweet Cuvée
  • ½ cup sliced pineapple
  • ¼ cup mango
  • 3 strawberries
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate
  • 1 oz simple syrup

In a blender, combine all ingredients with ice. Serve & enjoy.

Check back next week as we continue the celebration and share more sparkling sangria recipes.
