Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a Festive Brunch for Friends

Wearing green isn’t the only way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Make this year’s March 17th one to remember by hosting a festive brunch for friends. With these tips from KORBEL, your holiday is sure to be a lucky one!

Skip the classic mimosas with food coloring, and instead impress your guests with a cocktail that is both green and tasty.


KORBEL Sparkling Shamrock

Ingredients:

1 oz. Finlandia® vodka

1 splash Blue Curaçao

2 oz. orange juice

4 oz. KORBEL Brut

Lime wedge

Directions:

Pour FINLANDIA® vodka, Blue Curaçao, and orange juice into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a wine glass. Top with KORBEL. Garnish with a lime wedge.


An Irish Blessing

Before everyone sits down to eat, set the tone for the occasion by inviting your guests to gather around the table for an Irish blessing. You can either do a quick Internet search and select one of the many well-known versions, or you can add an extra touch of whimsy by reciting one of your own.

Croissants

Pear Slices

Irish Cheddar Slices

Honey

Directions:

Slice croissants in half. Sandwich pear and cheddar slices in between. Arrange on a platter, drizzle with honey, and serve.
