Hit Refresh on Sunday Brunch

Out with the old, in with the new! That’s what spring is all about, right?—that and Sunday brunch. Refresh your classic brunch experience this spring by trying out new recipes and incorporating original décor. Add a fresh cocktail recipe to the mix, and your revamped brunch will be a hit! For some new ways to refresh everyone’s favorite meal, check out our brunch ideas, below.

Pancake Board

A photo-worthy twist on a charcuterie board, a pancake board shows off all your delicious breakfast food in an aesthetically pleasing layout. Start with a wooden cutting board. Then arrange a batch of pancakes (or waffles if they’re more your thing) across it. Then fill in the empty space with different syrup flavors, bowls of fresh fruits, and other breakfast staples like bacon and scrambled eggs. You can then pile up your plate with all your brunch favorites!

Mimosa Smoothie

Mimosas are a brunch classic, but in the spirit of trying something new this spring, add a mimosa smoothie recipe to your menu. This refreshing drink will keep the brunch spirit alive—but with a tasty twist!
