KORBEL’s Potluck O’ Gold

Luck has nothing to do with hosting a festive St. Patrick’s Day potluck. With a little planning and lots of creativity, your get-together will be everyone’s new favorite way to celebrate! For some ideas to make your potluck a hit, check out KORBEL’s tips for an unforgettable Potluck O’ Gold.

From green beer to lemon-lime soda, green beverages are a must for any St. Patrick’s Day potluck. Take your drinks to the next level by serving KORBEL’s Sparkling Shamrock — a drink that screams St. Patrick’s Day!

  • Garnish with a lime wedge for a St. Patrick's Day cocktail or to enjoy any time of the year.

Lucky for you, a St. Patrick’s Day potluck means you don’t have to worry about keeping everyone fed — that’s your friends’ job! Just ask each guest to bring something tasty (and green) to share with the group. To make sure there’s no overlap, either specify what you’d like guests to bring (snacks, main course, dessert, etc.) or share a document online so everyone can see what others are cooking. And if a friend isn’t able to make something, just ask them to bring along paper plates or napkins.

Just as important as your party’s food and drink, your potluck décor is another area that should shine! While decorations with four-leaf clovers and leprechauns are fun, why not opt for something subtler this year? Create a centerpiece of ivy and eucalyptus leaves to bring in different textures and shades of green. Or, for a less conventional layout, intersperse a variety of green succulents throughout your spread. Then paint their pots gold or accessorize their planters with gold ribbon.
