PROSECCO + Brunch

Have you tried KORBEL Prosecco yet? Crisp, light and refreshing, it’s the perfect complement to savory meats, mild cheeses and egg dishes. Sounds like a winning brunch to us! Enjoy a bubbling glass of KORBEL Prosecco with this feta, parma ham and tomato crustless quiche.

 

Crustless Feta, Parma Ham and Tomato Quiche

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4

 

Ingredients

5 eggs

4 tbsp milk (or milk alternative)

2 tbsp vegetable oil

4 spring onions or green onions, trimmed and chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

3oz pack Parma ham, torn into pieces

1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

 

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place an 8 inch shallow dish in the oven on a baking tray to warm.

Beat the eggs with the milk.

When the dish is hot, remove from the oven and swirl oil over the base and sides. Add onions and tomatoes, stir well. Add ham and cheese, then pour over the egg mixture. Season with black pepper.

Return to the top of the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the egg has set and the top is golden. Serve with KORBEL Prosecco!
