Spend Galentine’s Day with Charcuterie Bouquets and KORBEL Rosés

This Galentine’s Day leave the bouquet of roses for the 14th, and instead, refresh your tastebuds with a more delicious take on this tradition – charcuterie bouquets and KORBEL rosés! Pour all your friends a flute of KORBEL Brut Rosé or KORBEL Sweet Rosé, then show your guests just how easy and delicious it is to craft a charcuterie bouquet.

Charcuterie Bouquet

  • Grab a sheet of paper (make sure it’s strong enough to hold all that deliciousness) and tape it into the shape of a cone. Set aside.
  • Pick an assortment of meats, cheese cubes/wedges, fruits, and veggies from our list below and add them to skewers of different heights (this variety will make your charcuterie bouquet more visually interesting).
    • Meat: salami, prosciutto, speck, chorizo
    • Cheese: brie, cheddar, gouda, provolone, blue cheese, goat cheese
    • Fruits: strawberries, grapes, blueberries
    • Vegetables: mini pickles, olives, red peppers, cherry tomatoes
  • Then arrange the skewers in your cone. If there are any gaps, add in a few folded salami slices or a bread stick or two.
  • Voila! You now have a bouquet of delicious treats to snack on while sipping your bubbly!
