Tailgating Recipes

Prepare for your next tailgating extravaganza by cooking up these quick and easy game-day favorites, sure to score with the crowd. Pair these finger foods with the sparkling cocktail below for a fun-filled day of celebration, regardless of which team wins.

Pigs in a Blanket
1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
8 frankfurters
8 slices American cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap a slice of cheese around each frankfurter, then wrap dough around the cheese. Mold the dough to the frankfurter. Bake the wraps on a baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes, or until rolls are golden and flaky.

Guacamole
3 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
¼ cup thinly sliced onion
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Black pepper, to taste
2 Roma tomatoes, diced

Mix all ingredients except tomato, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir in tomato before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

Touchdown Cooler
½ oz. Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7® Tennessee Whiskey
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. orange juice
1 187ml bottle KORBEL® Brut
Pineapple wedge, for garnish

Add first three ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well, and strain into a pint glass filled with ice. The mixture should fill the glass about halfway. Float the KORBEL on top. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
