Toast to the Summer Solstice with KORBEL

Thanks to Mother Nature, summer means longer days and shorter nights. The sun rises earlier and sets later in a buildup to the summer solstice. This event, which takes place on June 21st this year, is the point at which the sun reaches its highest position in the sky.

The significance of the solstice, which is derived from the Latin words “sol” (sun) and “sistere” (to stand still), varies among cultures. Some celebrate with holidays, festivals, and rituals, while others simply soak up the extra light. Toast to the longest day of the year with a recipe from KORBEL!
