Treat Mom to a Mimosa Brunch

What could be better than breakfast in bed on Mother’s Day? How about a brunch complete with a mimosa bar? A mimosa bar would also be a great idea for a bridal brunch or for any time you want to add a little sparkle to your get-together.

Setting up a mimosa bar is simple. All you need are a few bottles of KORBEL California Champagne, juice (orange, grapefruit, pomegranate, cranberry or any other variety that strikes your fancy), and fresh fruit and herbs for garnish.

Here are two simple mimosa recipes that work perfectly for a mimosa brunch:

Mimosa

4 oz. KORBEL® Brut
4 oz. orange juice

Top orange juice with KORBEL in a large champagne flute.

Korbel Grand Champ

4 oz. KORBEL® Brut or Extra Dry
1 oz. Grand Marnier® liqueur
4 oz. orange juice, freshly squeezed

Mix Grand Marnier and orange juice in a large champagne flute. Top with KORBEL.
