KORBEL’s 2017 Vintage Natural’ is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley. KORBEL’s 2017 Vintage Natural’ is an elegant, yet approachable California champagne. This blend exemplifies KORBEL’s fruit-forward house style, along with a crisp finish. Every harvest, special lots of the highest quality Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are selected for the final Natural’ blend. In the vineyard, grapes are harvested at optimal sugar and acid levels during the coolest morning hours; this preserves the fruits’ flavors and aromas. In the cellar, gentle whole cluster pressing and cool stainless-steel tank fermentations further preserve the delicate fruit. Chardonnay adds the tart green apple, citrus, and tropical fruit elements to the 2017 blend. Pinot Noir is showcased in the strawberry and peach components of the blend.

KORBEL Natural’ is a very dry, delicate California champagne – a true representation of KORBEL’s fruit-forward “house” style. It is made from the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in the cool climate of the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County. It features apple notes complemented by sweet flavors of orange, lime and raspberry.
