Korbel Champagne Cellars is seeking a Bottling Line Mechanic to join our maintenance team.
General Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on high speed bottling line equipment. Monitor and update maintenance procedures as required. Troubleshoot machinery as needed when production lines are running and during line start-ups. Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs on machinery. Perform repairs or manufactures spare parts. Install new equipment and changeovers for packaging differences.
Requirements 2-3 years’ experience at skilled level in similar environment (i.e. high speed bottling or packaging) 1-2 years electrical experience with machine controls (i.e. motor starters, photo electronics and limit switches) Ability to read basic prints and schematics Ability to work a rotating shift schedule and maintain a good attendance record Must have an acceptably insurable driving record Must have good communication skills and get along well with others Must be safety minded and follow safe work practices Must be able to lift 54 lbs.
Position starts at $27.90+/hour.

We are considering candidates with a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in food and beverage, event planning or customer service field. A BS degree in Business Management or related discipline is desired and may reduce the required years of related experience. Other requirements include: valid CA driver’s license, CA Food Handler’s Certificate (or be willing to obtain one), ability to work a fluctuating schedule, understanding of the food & wine industry, and proficiency in Microsoft suite. The hourly range for this position is $22.12-$29.88.

Our Maintenance Department is seeking an organized, enthusiastic Maintenance Administrative Assistant to contribute to our team on site at our beautiful Guerneville location. The leading focus will be to support the Maintenance Manager and Senior Maintenance Operations Coordinator in various clerical office duties including data entry. This is achieved through preparing various reports, creating and maintaining work orders as needed, and prioritizing recordkeeping of all final documents. A primary function of the position is the ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel as well as data keeping software.

F. Korbel & Bros., Inc. has an open Information Systems position for a Windows Systems Administrator in their Guerneville office.
Currently seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to configure, support and maintain the Active Directory, Office 365, file system and other related technologies. This position reports to the Infrastructure Supervisor to ensure the end user services are healthy and always available. Manage internal projects for rolling out new solutions/software or OS version upgrades. Work with vendor support for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Also be available for 24/7 On-call help as a member of the support team rotation schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems • Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure and related network services, DNS, DHCP, NPS, RADIUS, DFS, PKI, ADFS, SCCM, IIS, etc. • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure, on-prem & hosted, and related collaboration tools; instant messaging, video conferencing, public folders, etc. • Install, configure, and maintain network and application related services including Active Directory, Wireless, VPN, SQL, Intranet, and Help Desk support system. • Monitor and log network infrastructure and application events, activities, and system performance utilizing Microsoft and third-party software applications. • Configure, implement and maintain corporate group policy objects and preferences. • Install, configure, implement and maintain cloud computing services, e.g., IaaS, SaaS, PaaS. • Perform installs/upgrades to core business applications and installs/maintains core IT support applications. • Assist with ongoing maintenance of corporate wireless infrastructure. • Administer O365 tenant by managing users, roles, security, EoP, and DLP. • Maintain configuration and ongoing support of corporate owned mobile devices assigned to employees. • Monitor and log network infrastructure and application events, activities, and system performance issues utilizing Microsoft and related third-party software applications. • Monitor and administer network system and maintain related network system documentation as necessary. • Respond to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network as they relate to Active Directory permissions. • Provide end-users with technical support by resolving IT Help Desk Tier II support tickets in a timely manner. • Team member supporting network system daily backup and restore (if needed), monitors system messages, and maintains issues log. • Assist with creating, maintaining, and following department policies, procedures and workflows. • Perform other duties as assigned, including after-hours on-call support as needed.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
• AA degree in Computer Science or equivalent • 5+ years of experience and knowledge in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies – Active Directory, Exchange Online, PowerShell and other scripting • Experience in virtualization technologies – VMWare etc • Advanced troubleshooting skills in – Windows OS, BSODs, system performance tuning etc • Experience in Group Policy management • Possess working knowledge of SCCM, SQL Server • Experience in network management is a plus

Korbel Champagne Cellars – Heck Cellars Facility
Korbel Champagne Cellars is a leading producer of premium Methode Champenoise California Champagne and California Brandy. Our Heck Cellars facility produces a significant portion of the cuvee base wines used for the traditional Methode Champenoise process and produces all of Korbel’s premium California Brandy.
We are currently searching for a Winery Manager for the Heck Cellars facility located near Arvin, southeast of Bakersfield. This position is responsible for providing the leadership necessary to successfully operate this facility to meet overall company goals. The Winery Manager oversees all aspects of the facility’s management, including Winemaking, Distillation, Warehousing, Maintenance, Finance, Government Compliance, Safety and Planning.
A successful candidate will have a degree in Enology, Food Science, or related technical field, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a related beverage or manufacturing environment. At least 10 years of winery experience and at least 5 years of managerial experience at a high level are required.
Compensation range is $150,000-$210,000 annually.
