Korbel Champagne Cellars is seeking a Bottling Line Mechanic to join our maintenance team.
General Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on high speed bottling line equipment. Monitor and update maintenance procedures as required. Troubleshoot machinery as needed when production lines are running and during line start-ups. Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs on machinery. Perform repairs or manufactures spare parts. Install new equipment and changeovers for packaging differences.
Requirements 2-3 years’ experience at skilled level in similar environment (i.e. high speed bottling or packaging) 1-2 years electrical experience with machine controls (i.e. motor starters, photo electronics and limit switches) Ability to read basic prints and schematics Ability to work a rotating shift schedule and maintain a good attendance record Must have an acceptably insurable driving record Must have good communication skills and get along well with others Must be safety minded and follow safe work practices Must be able to lift 54 lbs.
Position starts at $27.35+/hour.

Currently seeking an IT Support Technician to support, troubleshoot, administer, and maintain a wide range of technologies relating to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, various peripherals and other vendor specific hardware and software. Deploy various hardware and software applications leveraging enterprise deployment tools. Korbel Champagne Cellars, located in Guerneville, CA, is the producer of America’s most popular methode champenoise champagne. We are seeking two motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team for the 2023 Harvest, in addition to one full-time Laboratory Technician. Our Harvest opening is a full-time seasonal position that runs June/July 2023 through the end of harvest, and our full-time opening is an ongoing year-round position. Candidates must be able to work overtime, including nights and weekends.

Our winery is seeking a full-time, Seasonal Viticulture & Grower Relations Assistant with our Vineyards department. Our Environmental Health & Safety Department is seeking a resourceful, enthusiastic Water Specialist Technician to contribute to our team at our beautiful Guerneville location. Your primary focus will be to manage the water compliance by sampling & monitoring our freshwater system, storm water & wastewater. Additionally, this position will support & contribute towards all aspects of Korbel’s EHS programs with added focus towards sustainability.
We are considering candidates with bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences or related studies preferred with a demonstrated ability to review research and craft applicable policies based on that research. Must have the ability to become a certified Water Technician, (T1, D1 level).

Korbel Champagne Cellars is a leading producer of premium Methode Champenoise California Champagne and California Brandy. Our Heck Cellars facility produces a significant portion of the cuvee base wines used for the traditional Methode Champenoise process and produces all of Korbel’s premium California Brandy.
We are currently searching for a Winery Manager for the Heck Cellars facility located near Arvin, southeast of Bakersfield. This position is responsible for providing the leadership necessary to successfully operate this facility to meet overall company goals. The Winery Manager oversees all aspects of the facility’s management, including Winemaking, Distillation, Warehousing, Maintenance, Finance, Government Compliance, Safety and Planning.
A successful candidate will have a degree in Enology, Food Science, or related technical field, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a related beverage or manufacturing environment. At least 10 years of winery experience and at least 5 years of managerial experience at a high level are required.
Compensation range is $150,000-$210,000 annually.
