Korbel Champagne Cellars, located in the picturesque Russian River valley, has been a fixture in Sonoma County since 1882. We are the number one selling California Champagne in the nation, with a beautiful facility to boot! But in order to maintain our property, we need your help! Thousands of visitors tour our property annually and as such, we are seeking a hard-working, reliable individual for a Full-Time Maintenance position. Please note that all candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a clean DMV history. Anticipated schedule is Monday-Friday 7-3:30 p.m., with flexibility to work OT and swing shift as needed.
Korbel is seeking a general maintenance worker with skills including plumbing, carpentry, welding, and basic electrical. This person must be team player, have working knowledge of building codes, wastewater systems, and concrete work.
Position starts at $27.90/hour, depending on experience.

Korbel Champagne Cellars, located in Guerneville, CA, is the producer of America’s most popular methode champenoise champagne. We are seeking a full-time seasonal position that runs July 2024 through the end of harvest. Candidates must be able to work overtime, including nights and weekends.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS
– Must be able to perform basic analytical procedures such as titrations. – Must be able to follow good laboratory practices and work safely with laboratory equipment and chemical reagents. – Must have good communication skills and be able to interact effectively with others. – Must be able to work in a professional and courteous manner. – Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. – Must have training/experience working with analytical instrumentation and be able to accurately interpret results from their use. – Must have excellent attendance. – Must be computer-literate. – Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly. – Must be able to work safely and effectively at heights up to 30 feet above the ground.
Ideal Harvest candidates possess or are working toward an enology or life science degree. Previous laboratory/winery experience highly desired. Hourly rate is $21.00.

Korbel Champagne Cellars, located in Guerneville, CA, is looking for a full-time employee to join our Parts Department. This position identifies and resolves problems related to inventory variances, storeroom operations and orders from suppliers, under the direction of the Parts Room Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Two to three years’ experience in inventory control and/or procurement for a winery environment is preferred. Hourly rate of pay is $27.90.

Our winery is seeking a Seasonal Viticulture & Grower Relations Assistant with our Vineyards department.
This is a part time / seasonal position, through harvest (roughly July-October); hours can be flexible dependent on harvest schedules, approximately 20-30 hours/week. This position will assist in the day-to day duties of Korbel Vineyards under the supervision and in collaboration with the Viticulturist and Grower Relations. Employee must be a team player and ability to think with a safety, sustainability, and quality mind-set. This is a great role for those looking to gain experience in the wine industry or seeking an interim role that takes one to gorgeous vineyards and outdoor vistas throughout the Russian River Valley and Lodi region.
Vehicle and ATV will be provided. Clean driving record is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCULDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Assist in determining crop estimates by collecting cluster counts and bunch weights • Must be committed to working the entire harvest • Basic knowledge and operation of ag based equipment (towing a trailer, loading and unloading ATV, etc) • Sugar sampling during harvest for our wine making and vineyard departments • Driving to Clarksburg/Lodi area to collect grape samples • Lift and carry 50lbs as well as walk on uneven surfaces • Read and follow a map of vineyards • Work with minimal supervision

Our Tasting Room & Patio is open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated and customer-service oriented. • Provide hands-on food preparation in our Delicatessen & Market. • Collaborate with Hospitality Manager and Retail departments to prepare original & seasonal menus, per client specifications, for events between 6-200 guests. • Manage purchasing, ordering and receiving food, beverage, and kitchen supplies to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards. • Follow all safety, health, and sanitation standards as deemed by the Department of Health. • Assist Hospitality Manager in the training and development of Korbel’s Food & Wine Programs. • Educate guests about Korbel Champagne Cellars and Korbel Brandy, especially in the areas of food and wine, and pairings. • Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for evenings and weekends.
