Korbel Champagne Cellars, located in Guerneville, CA, is seeking a full-time Auto Shop Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and experience working on both gas and diesel-powered equipment. This position is responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of a variety of vehicles and equipment used throughout our winery operations, including light and medium-duty trucks, golf carts, vineyard equipment, landscaping equipment, and other machinery.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record and have Class C trailering experience; a CDL is a plus.
The position starts at $29.10 per hour, depending on experience. The anticipated work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient operations by troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and improving industrial electrical systems and production equipment.

What You’ll Do
Production & Manufacturing Support
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, controls, and automation issues on production and packaging equipment.
• Support bottling lines, labeling systems, conveyors, palletizers, pumps, compressors, and process equipment.
• Maintain motors, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, safety circuits, control panels, and instrumentation.
• Utilize PLC, HMI, SCADA, and production data systems to identify and resolve equipment issues.

Required
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience working with 120V, 208V, and 480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and respond to emergency call-ins when necessary.Preferred

• California General Electrician Certification or Journeyman Electrician status.

Korbel Champagne Cellars is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to design, develop, and optimize automation systems for our high-speed champagne (Methode Champagnoise) production lines at our Guerneville, CA facility. You will play a key role in ensuring maximum uptime, efficiency, and product quality through advanced controls strategies, PLC programming, and seamless SCADA integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and commission control systems for bottling, labeling, capping, and packaging lines.
- Develop and maintain PLC logic (primarily Allen-Bradley) for production equipment.
- Integrate Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servo systems, photo-eye/sensors, bottle counters, accumulation tables, and other field devices.
- Lead projects to improve line efficiency, reduce downtime, and implement new automation technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex controls issues in a fast-paced 24/7 production environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to meet OEE targets.
- Fully integrate all line controls with Ignition SCADA for real-time monitoring, data collection, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain electrical schematics, HMI screens, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in controls engineering within food/beverage, bottling, or high-speed packaging industries (champagne/sparkling wine experience preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix), Studio 5000, and FactoryTalk.
- Strong experience with Ignition SCADA platform (or equivalent).
- Hands-on knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, photo eyes, encoders, accumulation tables, and bottle handling systems.
- Proficiency in networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.) and industrial communication protocols.
- Ability to read and create electrical drawings (AutoCAD Electrical a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
The annual salary range for this position is $105,000-$147,000.

This position focuses on providing high-quality, efficient car/aircraft washing and advanced interior services. Ideal candidates will possess at least one year’s experience in paint correction and premium detail specialty. Candidates must possess a clean DMV record for moving vehicles safely and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks. The hourly range for this position is $23.55-$29.10 depending on experience. Anticipated work schedule is Monday-Friday 8-4:30 p.m.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform multi-stage paint correction (compounding, polishing, jeweling) to remove scratches, swirls, and oxidation.
- Apply premium protective coatings (ceramic, PPR basics).
- Execute full exterior details (engine bay, wheels/tires, trim restoration).
- Complete comprehensive interior details (full upholstery shampoo, leather restoration, headliner cleaning)
- Perform thorough exterior hand washes, rinses, and drying of vehicles/aircrafts using safe techniques and approved products.
- Clean vehicle/aircraft interiors: vacuum carpets, seats, mats, and trucks; wipe down dashboards, consoles, doors, and windows; remove visible dust, debris, and light stains.
- Clean windows (inside and out) for a streak-free finish.
- Follow-up on issues or damage to vehicles/aircrafts reported by Auto Shop staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (including tools, bays, and equipment).
- Provide friendly customer service, including greeting customers and answer questions.
- Assist with basic shop tasks, such as moving vehicles, restocking supplies, and prepping for higher-level services.

We are seeking a motivated CAD/CAM Intern to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This hands-on internship focuses on using Autodesk Fusion 360 for 3D modeling, rapid prototyping via 3D printing, and preparing designs for machining on our Haas CNC mills and **Haas lathes. You’ll support the design and iteration of industrial parts, custom fixtures, tooling, and production line modifications, bridging the gap from digital concept to physical prototype and machined production parts. The pay scale for this role is $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, and there is potential for the position to transition into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business need.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and refine precise 3D models and assemblies in Fusion 360 for industrial components, prototypes, jigs, fixtures, brackets, and production line support hardware.
- Use Fusion 360’s Manufacturing workspace to generate toolpaths (CAM) for Haas CNC mills and lathes, including 2.5/3-axis milling, turning, and basic multi-axis operations where applicable.
- Post-process Fusion 360 setups to generate G-code (.nc files) using official Haas post processors (from Autodesk’s Post Library, e.g., generic Haas NGC or machine-specific variants).
- Manage file transport and preparation: Export neutral formats (STEP, IGES, STL for 3D printing) and ensure seamless handoff of models/toolpaths from prototyping to CNC production.
- Prepare and iterate prototypes on in-house 3D printers (FDM, SLA, SLS/MJF) to validate designs before committing to Haas machining.
- Assist in updating production line layouts, custom tooling designs, and documentation (drawings, BOMs, assembly instructions) within Fusion 360.
- Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and shop floor teams to incorporate feedback, apply GD&T, and optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM).
- Perform basic troubleshooting of CAM setups, post-processing issues, and file compatibility for Haas Next Generation Control (NGC).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 (CAD modeling, assemblies, drawings, and especially the Manufacturing/CAM environment).
- Hands-on experience (or strong coursework) generating toolpaths and post-processing to output G-code for CNC machines, preferably with Haas equipment.
- Familiarity with Haas-specific workflows, including downloading/using official **Haas post processors from Autodesk’s library (e.g., Haas NGC milling/lathe/ mill-turn posts).
- Understanding file formats and interchange: .f3d (Fusion native), STL (for 3D printing), STEP/IGES/Parasolid (neutral exchange), .nc (G-code output).
- Basic knowledge of 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF) for functional prototyping.
- Exposure to GD&T (ASME Y14.5), tolerances, and design for CNC machining.
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn manufacturing processes (milling, turning, fixturing).
- Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in a relevant technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Prior experience operating or programming Haas CNC machines (VF series mills, ST lathes, etc.).
- Exposure to other CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor) or CAM software.

The Security Department at Korbel Winery is seeking a flexible and professional Security Officer to join our team. This full-time, hourly position is responsible for helping maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, guests, and company property. The Security Officer provides a visible security presence, delivers excellent customer service, and supports daily security operations across the winery. This position requires availability to work all shifts, including day, swing, and graveyard. The starting rate of pay for this position is $23.65/hr. Swing shift earns an additional $1/hr and graveyard shift earns an additional $1.25/hr.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Protect employees, visitors, vendors, property, and company assets.
- Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security checks of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and entry points.
- Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
