Les Giang-Senior Winemaker

Korbel Aire is blended with several different varietals to keep the final blend fruit forward and bright.  Chardonnay for structure and hints of pineapple and pear.  French Colombard for tropical and citrus flavors. Zinfandel gives notes of strawberry and a very slight spice.  Pinot Noir for a round finish and other red fruit notes.
