Build Your Board This Valentine’s Day

Charcuterie boards are here to stay. The trend continues to flood FYP and explore pages, with each board becoming more unique than the last. Hop on board this year and throw a charcuterie party for your friends and family!

Don’t worry – you won’t have to do all the work. Task each guest to create a one-of-a-kind board to share with the group. This can range from the classic meat and cheese to a French fry board or one for the candy lover filled with sweets. Of course, each flavor profile perfectly matches a KORBEL California Champagne, so don’t forget the champagne flutes for all!

Having a hard time deciding who will create each “theme” of the board? Add ideas into a hat and draw one at a time to find out your charcuterie fate. Take it one step further and create a scoring guide for each person to rank their favorite board. Categories can include visual appeal, originality, California Champagne pairing, range of flavors, and board design. Feel free to add any categories you want to ramp up the competition!

Still, trying to figure out where to start? Check out our suggestions for the unique board and KORBEL pairings.
