Ingredients: 

3 oz mango sorbet - using a 1 oz ice cream scoop 

2 oz KORBEL Extra Dry 

Garnish: 

Sprig of mint. 

Method: 

Add 3 scoops of sorbet to a champagne glass. Top with 2oz of KORBEL Extra Dry. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
