Brunch Quiche

 Ingredients

• 1 refrigerated pie crust
• 6 large eggs
• ¾ cup of milk
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 cup chopped cooked ham
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
• 3 tablespoons green onions

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375 F
• Place crust in 9” pie plate
• Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper
• Put ham, one cup of cheese and green onions on the crust and cover with egg mix
• Sprinkle leftover cheese on top
• Bake for 35-40 minutes
• Let cool and serve
