Ingredients:

-12 ounces pomegranate juice

-6 strawberries, finely chopped

-1/4 orange, cut into very small pieces

-fresh mint sprigs

-Korbel Sweet Rose or Korbel Brut

Special equipment:

Ice making tray

Directions:

-Pour the pomegranate juice into the ice tray, filling each slot up about 2/3 of the way. In each slot, add in a few strawberry pieces and orange pieces. Add in small sprigs of mint, then put the tray into the freezer.

-Once the cubes have frozen, add 2 or 3 cubes into champagne flutes. Fill with Korbel Sweet Rosé or Brut.
