KORBEL Mimosa Bar
What could be better than a mimosa at brunch? A mimosa bar, of course! So simple to set up, it allows guests to get creative when making their cocktails. A mimosa bars would also add sparkle to any bridal shower.
All you need is a few bottles of KORBEL California Champagne, juice (orange is traditional, but don’t be afraid to experiment with other fruit juices, such as pineapple, cranberry or passion fruit) and fresh fruit for garnishing. Here are some recipes to try with your mimosa bar.
KORBEL Grand Champ
- 4 oz. KORBEL® Brut or Extra Dry
- 4 oz. orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 oz. Grand Marnier® liqueur
Mix orange juice and Grand Marnier together in a large champagne flute. Top with KORBEL.
KORBEL Passion fruit Mimosa
- 4 oz. KORBEL®
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier® liqueur
- 3 tbsp passion fruit juice or nectar blend
Combine Grand Marnier and juice. Top with KORBEL. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
