Ingredients: 

1 oz plum brandy 

1 oz simple syrup 

1/2 oz grenadine 

2 oz KORBEL Brut Rosé 

Rim: 

Sanding sugar. 

Garnish: 

Candied ginger & luxardo maraschino cherry on cocktail pick. 

Method: 

Dip the rim of the glass into sanding sugar. 

In a mixer glass, combine brandy, grenadine and syrup. Add ice and mix. Strain into a wine glass. Top with KORBEL Brut Rosé. Gently stir. Garnish!
